- 1 Tube (16.5 oz) Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 Package (11 oz) Keebler E.L. Fudge Elfwich Cookies
- 1/2 Cup Smucker’s Hot Fudge Topping (warmed)
- 1 Pint Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (about 175°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet well.
- Press the Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough evenly into the bottom of the skillet, leaving the edges slightly higher to form a ‘bowl’.
- Embed the Keebler E.L. Fudge Elfwich Cookies deep into the raw cookie dough in a circular pattern.
- Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and crispy while the inside remains soft and juicy.
- Top immediately with Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream and warmed Smucker’s Hot Fudge. Serve warm to allow the ice cream to melt into a delicious sauce.
