Description

A delightful mix of cookies and cake that delivers a nostalgic flavor experience with a warm, chocolatey center and crispy edges.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tube (16.5 oz) Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 1 Package (11 oz) Keebler E.L. Fudge Elfwich Cookies
  • 1/2 Cup Smucker’s Hot Fudge Topping (warmed)
  • 1 Pint Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (about 175°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet well.
  2. Press the Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough evenly into the bottom of the skillet, leaving the edges slightly higher to form a ‘bowl’.
  3. Embed the Keebler E.L. Fudge Elfwich Cookies deep into the raw cookie dough in a circular pattern.
  4. Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and crispy while the inside remains soft and juicy.
  5. Top immediately with Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream and warmed Smucker’s Hot Fudge. Serve warm to allow the ice cream to melt into a delicious sauce.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best baking results. You can customize the cookie dough or ice cream flavor to suit your taste.
